I’ve had my fair share of overwhelming challenges and I still experience them from time to time. It’s all about perspective. I believe challenges are meant to help you learn lessons and grow. The main thing is to stay grounded and positive. Thinking positively will attract better outcomes. Stay away from negativity and harmful self talk. You can attract negativity to yourself with thoughts of worry, doubt and fear. Accept all challenges head on and do your best with what you have and what you know. It doesn’t matter how many times you fall, just as long as you get back up and keep moving forward.

I was involved in a "Call for Artists" for Lola Empanada. As soon as I received the notice I ran to my sketchbook and sketched a very ornate image with her name and a cute little empanada at the bottom.
This illustration is displayed on one of her tables, so her customers can look at it while they eat!
It was so much fun to do! I enjoy all of my art adventures!
Lola was gracious enough to send me home with her delicious empanadas and plantains!
I was approached by Platinum Studios to create a memorial for Robert Mason, who is the vocalist frontman for the band "Warrant". His dog "Bonzo" passed away and they wanted to present him with something special.
I framed the pictures and created the mat design . I also included my hand drawn "one of a kind" ornamental heart design with "Bonzo" in the center.
I was approached by the owner of Traditional Scum to create an illustration that would visually describe the style of his business.
He's a barber and wants to express his attitude as raw and traditional...but yet grimy.
I jumped right into it and let my imagination and his words lead the way.
Hand Drawn Illustration and frame design for Mark Trumbo of the Baltimore Orioles.
